Product availability
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, DNA Wallpaper will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy:
- DNA Wallpaper offers free delivery in Gauteng on orders over R1500
- Orders under R1500 will attract a R100 delivery (Gauteng) – other regions shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
- Order processing and production time is usually 3-5 business days
- Delivery of your order is usually 2-3 business days for metro areas, and 3-5 business days for outlying areas
- Standard deliveries are currently only available in South Africa
- Should you require shipping outside of South Africa, kindly contact our support team for assistance
Returns:
- Due to our products being printed on demand to your specific requirements, returns will only be considered in the case of damaged or defective products. In this event, DNA Wallpaper must be notified by the customer in writing within 7 days of delivery
- The person receiving the items will be required to sign a POD/Delivery note indicating that each item has been received in good condition. DNA Wallpaper cannot be held liable for any damages that were not indicated on the POD/Delivery note at time of delivery. Should the product/s be flawed on delivery and we are notified on the POD/Delivery note, we will endeavour to replace the item in question
- Following this procedure, DNA Wallpaper reserves the right to inspect and assess the returned product. All valid claims are subject to assessment by our staff and decisions made are at the discretion of DNA Wallpaper management. If we are unable to replace the defective item within 30 days, a full refund will be applicable. We do not accept returned goods under any other circumstances
**Kindly note: When ordering samples, samples are intended to give you an idea of the colours and pattern of the artwork, as well as the texture of the substrate – this is to assist with your purchase decisions. Due to the cost of logistics no returns of samples will be accepted. We additionally note that not all artworks are exact square dimensions, and therefore the samples ordered may not be perfectly square

Should DNA reduce it’s price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price.
